Information and access to pay renewals for registered dogs and cats.

Update details

Before you pay your registration renewal, check your details are up-to-date. If your pension details or your pet's microchip or sterilisation details have changed, please complete a request below, providing your dog’s name, tag number, description, address and supporting evidence which may include:
  • sterilisation or microchip documents (if changed)
  • pension card details (if applicable)
After completing the online form you will be emailed a registration renewal invoice within three business days. Future registration renewal notices will also be issued by email.

Pay an Animal Registration

Search for the payment reference number.
Payments will be displayed here
When paying a renewal, ensure you input the reference number that relates to the term you wish to pay e.g. three (3) years.

Replacement registration tag

If you've lost your registration tag or can no longer read the numbers clearly, you can request a replacement free of charge.
Raise the correct request type below, providing your animal's name, animal ID and/or existing tag number from your registration paperwork, or a full description of your animal if this information is not available.

  • To update your animal registration details or request a replacement tag, raise the correct request below.
  • Please provide information such as the animal name and ID along with the details you require changing.
  • An officer will action within 10 business days.
Please ensure you attach supporting evidence to the request e.g. pension concession card if required.
