Advise the City of managing agent information for rates accounts.

New agent notification

  • You must notify the City in writing if you have a new property management agreement. You can do this by raising a request below.
  • Please provide the owner/s name, property assessment number and a copy of the signed agreement.

Changes and alterations

  • If you are no longer the managing agent for a property, please advise the City by raising a request below.
  • Please provide the owner/s name, property assessment number and current address and/or contact details.
  • Please ensure any outstanding rates payments are provided to the owner. 

Anonymous requests

This type of request cannot be anonymous.
