Out-of-hours construction applications

An application is required when out-of-hours construction work is proposed. For works to proceed, an approval is required by the City prior to commencing.

To apply for out-of-hours construction approval, proceed below.

Before you begin

Prior to commencing the application via the link below, ensure you have an electronic copy (eg scan) of the following documentation prior to completing the application process:
  • Noise Management Plan
  • Other supporting information.
You will be required to attach this information during the application process.

Post lodgement process

Once your application is lodged, the following steps will apply:
  • Review and assess information, including requesting further information if required
  • The application can take up to 10 business days for a decision.
