If you'd like to know the outstanding balance of your rates, raise a request below.
If you want to know the levied rate amount, please contact the City on 9474 0777 for information.

Account balances are only provided to owners or their authorised representatives.

To request a balance of rates account for a pending settlement, or to submit an enquiry in relation to a settlement, raise a request below.
All requests for orders and requisitions should include an Account Enquiry and Advice of Sale (EAS) form.
Orders and requisitions reports are emailed to both the buyer's and the seller's settlement agents.

This type of request cannot be anonymous.

To request a balance, or for settlement enquiries, raise the correct request type below.
An officer will respond within 10 business days.
