Information

Any changes to rates details are required to be advised in writing either by raising a request below, or by completing the relevant form.

Change of address

To protect ratepayers against unauthorised changes of address in the City's records, we require all changes of address to be notified in writing using the form below. A copy of your Assessment Number (located top right of your rates notice) must be provided with the form. If you do not have a copy of your rates notice, please contact the City on 9474 0777.

Change of name

To protect ratepayers against unauthorised changes of names in the City's records, we require all changes of names to be notified in writing using the form below. You will need a copy of your Assessment Number (located top right of your rates notice) and a copy of your new Certificate of Title.

Change of ownership

The owner of a property must inform the City should there be any change in their ownership details. In most cases your settlement agent will inform the City. To protect ratepayers, changes in ownership details must be given in writing using the form below, with supporting documentation eg. certificate of title. A copy of your Assessment Number (located top right of your rate notice) must be provided with the form. If you do not have a copy of your rate notice, please contact the City on 9474 0777.

Deceased estates

If you are the Executor to a Will and would like to change the mailing address for a deceased estate, raise a request below. Please attach a copy of the Last Will and Testament, which should include the owner of the property, the property address within City boundaries and Executor details.

Anonymous requests

This type of request cannot be anonymous.
