If flooding is posing an imminent threat/damage to property, please contact the City on 9474 0777 to report your request. You can call this number 24 hours a day for urgent/high priority assistance.

Drains

The City is responsible for the maintenance of City owned stormwater drainage. This includes drains and pits within streets. Property owners are responsible for the maintenance of household drains up to the point where they connect to the City's drainage system.

Types of drainage requests

Drainage issues can include:

Drain requires cleaning
Drain has damaged/broken parts
Damaged sump fences/gates
Blocked drains (water on road)
