Pests
If your concern is about pests coming from a neighbouring property, please report pests from a private property.
Building sites
Overgrown properties/fire hazards
If your concern is about overgrown properties causing a fire hazard between December and April, please report a fire hazard.
Between May and November, please refer to unkempt properties information below.
Unkempt properties
Unkempt properties can include:
- Rubbish
- Accumulation of disused materials such as car bodies, tyres, machinery etc.
- Overgrown vegetation
- Overgrown vacant blocks
If you have a concern about your neighbour's overgrown or untidy property, you should first speak to your neighbour to resolve the issue. If you have been unable to resolve your concern with your neighbour, or you are unwilling or unable to speak with them, the City can investigate.
Overgrown vegetation- December to April
Properties that are overgrown and reported between December to April, should be reported as a fire hazard.
