Urgent requests
If you are reporting off-road vehicle activity that is happening now, please contact the City on 9474 0777 for an urgent response.
Requests for patrols
The City's Rangers can assist with:
- Patrols in park areas (eg. dog related issues such as dogs off leash in on leash areas, dogs in prohibited areas).
- Patrols in school areas (eg. school parking issues, illegal parking affecting safety and/or traffic flow).
- Off-road vehicle activity (on Council reserves and parks). For off-road vehicle issues on roads, please contact the Police.
Please note - City Rangers do not respond to Police matters.
Police requests
The following types of requests are Police matters and should not be reported to the City:
- Criminal behaviour
- Break-in to properties and/or vehicles
- Fighting in public
- Drinking in public
- Drug activity
- Out of control house parties
