Reporting issues associated with City managed reticulation.

Urgent requests
- If there is an emergency with the City's reticulation system, please contact the City on 9474 0777 to report your request. You can call this number 24-hours a day for urgent / high priority assistance.
Types of maintenance
The following types of requests for maintenance can apply:
- Broken/damaged sprinklers
- Broken/damaged pipes
- Leaking irrigation
- Irrigation on during the day in parks and reserves
- Missing/damaged pit lid or valve box.
Verge areas
- The City takes care not to damage private reticulation when conducting works within road reserves
- If you have a reticulation issue which you believe is as a result of Council works, the City may repair the damage incurred
- Requests to repair damage can be made via raising a request below.
Public utilities
If works have been undertaken by a public utility eg Western Power, ATCO, Water Corporation etc, please contact the relevant service provider for assistance.
