mySouthPerth

When registered for a mySouthPerth account, you have access to your information with the City. This includes access to services such as your payments, animals and applications as well as the ability to update and maintain your information.

How do I register?

Simply click the Register and Sign In button at the top right of this page. You will be presented with a login page. Select 'Don't have an account?' followed by 'Register using Email' to register with the City.
Please provide your full name, contact details and address when registering.
Please note, your password must be a minimum of 14 characters and contain at least one (1) number, one (1) uppercase letter and one (1) lowercase letter.
Upon completion, you will receive a verification email to complete the registration process.

Have you used other City online services?

If you have previously used our Careers or eProcurement portals, we recommend you use a different email address to register for mySouthPerth.

My activities

When logged in, you can view your activities with the City here, including your applications, animal registrations, payments and more. You can also update your details.
It is important to note that updating your details via your login will not alter rates information. Please refer to change of rates owner details for guidance.
