Request to amend builders details
A building permit is issued under the building regulations and is a legal document. To change the nominated registered builder associated to the issued building permit, a request to amend a building permit application can be lodged with the City.
The building permit may be amended following notification to the City that:
- the nominated builder is unable to continue the building work and
- a notice of cessation has not been submitted by the nominated builder.
