New line markings

The City will consider requests for new line markings where there are none. This includes requests for new Tactile Ground Surface Indicators (TGSIs)

Tactile Ground Surface Indicators (TGSI's) or tactile paving, is a system of textured ground surface indicators generally found on footpaths, stairs, and train station platforms to assist pedestrians who are blind or visually impaired.
Tactile warnings provide a distinctive surface pattern of truncated domes, cones or bars detectable by long cane or underfoot, which are used to alert the visually impaired of approaching streets, hazardous surfaces and/or grade changes.
Requests for new TGSIs can be made below.
Requests for repairs to TGSIs are to be raised through Footpath Maintenance.

The City will consider requests for new pedestrian crossings.
