Precinct Activation Expression of Interest
The City of South Perth is inviting expressions of interest from local organisations to create a temporary activation at a local precinct that inspires our community to engage in social, cultural and/or physical activities.
Funding
Funding of up to $20,000 is available
Timeframe - 2025/26 submissions

Before you begin
Prior to commencing the application via the link below, please ensure you have read the eligibility and selection criteria outlined in the above EOI guidelines and have electronic copies of the following documents:
- Current financial bank statement which displays the account name, number and BSB.
- Certificate of currency for public liability insurance.
- Risk management assessment or plan (if applicable).
- Other supporting documents (incorporation certificate, letters of support etc.)
You will be required to attach this information during the application process.
Lodgement guidance
Post lodgement process
Once your EOI application is lodged, the following steps will apply:
- A selection panel will review all applications based on the selection criteria.
- Applicants will be advised of outcome in writing by 19 September 2025.
- Applicants should allow enough time in their proposed planning activation planning stage to gain any necessary approvals (we recommend a minimum of eight weeks).
