Register for eRates

Register for eRates to receive future rates notices and instalment reminders by email. Rates notices and instalment reminders will be delivered direct to your inbox and you can choose to pay with any of the payment options available.
It is the responsibility of the applicant (owner or managing agent) to advise the City of any change to the email registered. If the email is undeliverable the City will remove the registration and hardcopy notices will be issued.
Have your assessment number from your current rates notice handy when you register.

To update your eRates email, report an issue with your eRates registration, or to query the registration process/details, please raise a request below.

Managing agents

eRates registration is available to property owners and registered managing agents only.
If managing agents are not registered against the rates assessment then a request is required to provide copy of the Agreement. Until the Agreement is received, eRates registration is null and void.

This type of request cannot be anonymous.
