Urgent requests

  • If works have caused a safety issue, or resulted in the unavailability of utility services, please contact the City on 9474 0777 to report your request. You can call this number 24 hours a day for urgent/high priority assistance.

Road resurfacing works

Requests relating to road resurfacing works can be raised for:
  • damage caused by current or recent road resurfacing works, including:
  • kerb damage
  • reticulation damage
  • verge damage
  • crossover damage
  • any other damage caused by these construction works.
  • general road construction enquiries
  • work site traffic management

Notification letters

  • Residents will receive a letter of notification prior to the commencement of road resurfacing works.
  • If you did not receive a notification, then please contact the City on 9474 0777 to confirm the responsible area.

Incident location

You will be required to search a location when lodging the request. Please use the map marking tools to pin the location of your concern. This will assist the City when investigating your request.

Road maintenance

If there are maintenance issues that are not a result of road resurfacing works, you can report road maintenance issues.

Reticulation

If there are reticulation issues that are not a result of road resurfacing works, you can report reticulation issues.

Raise a request

  • To report damage during construction works, or for general construction or work site traffic management enquiries, raise a request below
  • An officer will review within two (2) working days and complete an investigation within 10 working days.  A resolution can take up to 14 days from lodgement.
