The City will respond to a number of different request types associated with trees. Refer to information below for guidance when raising a tree request.

Tree/vegetation pruning

Requests relating to the pruning of verge trees and vegetation.

Request for tree/vegetation removal

Requests relating to the removal of dead, diseased or dying trees.

Fallen trees/vegetation/limbs

Requests relating to fallen verge trees, vegetation or limbs.

Illegal tree pruning or removal

Request relating to the illegal pruning or removal of trees.

Request for new trees/vegetation

Requests for the planting of new trees and vegetation.

Significant (registered trees)

Requests relating to significant (registered) trees.

Park trees

Requests relating to trees in parks and reserve areas.

Pest control in trees

Requests for pest control in public trees.
